Explore Hokkaido, Japan
Experience the legendary powder of Japan’s northern island, Hokkaido with BSBG. Renowned for having some of the deepest snow in the world, Hokkaido is a powder skier’s paradise! Based in the Furano Valley, we have access to stunning Daisetsuzan National Park and its surrounding ranges—skiing amongst steaming fumaroles, and perfectly gladed forests. Each day we’ll ski and ride a new corner of the lesser-known Hokkaido backcountry, touring through an incredibly diverse mountain landscape and helping ourselves to as much fresh, light powder as we can handle. From perfectly-spaced trees to craggy summits, the options are endless. After skiing, we’ll soak in the local onsens (natural hot springs), and sample some of the delicious menus Hokkaido has to offer. With a maximum group size of eight guests with two guides, this is an exclusive opportunity to experience Japan’s famously deep snow, culture, and cuisine—with all of the professionalism, care, and attention to detail for which BSBG is known.
